It is not every day that you meet a stackable yet eye-catching chair, but what if it had bold color and a sleek design? The SHARK chair was designed by Hans Thyge & Co., a Denmark based company whose works encompasses interior design, architecture, and everything in between. While the name of the chair may seem harsh, its design is the exact opposite. Displaying strong and curved lines, this chair is sure to increase a room’s personality. SHARK is designed as a systems product, meaning it has possibilities for chairs to be linked in rows, to be stacked, and to add armrests. Tubular legs make it easy for SHARK to be used in canteens, meeting rooms, classrooms and conference rooms.

Inspired by design principles present in the carjack and ironing board, the X-TABLE offers a height adjustable workspace for the ever-changing user in today’s office. The frame is available in black or white, with the desk top available in the option of black linoleum, smoked oak veneer, or walnut veneer. There is nothing flashy about this product. Just clean, modern design bringing century old engineering to the forefront. There are some things that never go out of style and I think we can add this one to the list.
