Marianne is a graduate of Tulane University School of Architecture and has become a resident of New Orleans after spending parts of her career in Seattle and Tacoma, Washington, and Honolulu, Hawaii. She has 20 years of professional experience, with her time at Sizeler Thompson Brown Architects, solely focused on healthcare projects for the past five years. Marianne is a Project Manager in STBA’s Healthcare Design Group, primarily working with UMC-NO and LCMC. She has achieved her certification as a Healthcare Interior Designer (CHID)and her Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC). Marianne is currently an ACHA candidate pursuing Board Certification as a Healthcare Architect through the American College of Healthcare Architects. In the community, Marianne is active with the non-profit unCommon Construction and is currently serving as a board member. Since 2009 she has also served as a city organizer for PechaKucha Nights in Tacoma and New Orleans with over 30 successful events.

PARTNER
Darren Rozas is President, Partner Architect and Lead Medical Planner at Rozas Ward. During his 25 years of experience, he has been committed to distinguished, sustainable, client-focused architecture. Darren specializes in high end medical, commercial, residential, educational and historic renovation projects. He has extensive experience in facility design pertaining to medical teaching institutions utilizing simulation techniques as well as the design and production of large scale medical projects including involvement from programming through project close-out. Darren has extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex and diversified health care projects. He has a specialized experience in the management of large health care projects including major projects for Ochsner Health Systems, Tenet Louisiana Health Systems, West Jefferson Medical Center, Brentwood Behavioral Health Care, and Lifecare Hospitals Inc. He has an extensive experience in planning, programming, design and construction for medical, surgical, long-term acute care, psychiatric facilities, and long term care facilities. Darren and the firm utilize aggressive design and production scheduling systems to guarantee completion of projects in a timely manner, well within the design and production schedule for projects. He is accustomed to accelerated project schedules and anticipating the execution of multiple activities that are concurrent in scheduling. He meets or exceeds all proposed project schedules, insuring completion of projects in accordance with client requirements as well as responding to RFI, shop drawings and submittals in an accelerated manner, supporting the efforts of the contractor to insure timely completion of the project. Mr. Rozas prides himself on his continued on-site hands-on approach to all his healthcare projects.
OPERATIONS PROJECT MANAGER
Brandon Kristol is a project manager with multiple years of construction and healthcare IT design, development, and execution. Initial experience in project management began in Virginia in the residential and light commercial construction industry. Later, Brandon was offered an opportunity to join a Healthcare IT consulting firm, that focused primarily on electronic medical record installs. During this time Brandon was on a team of PM’s that led multiple Epic projects through all phases of the project lifecycle including scope development, proposal generation, team organization, project planning, execution, go lives and closeouts; which one of our clients was LCMC. After the Epic install, CHNOLA leadership brought Brandon on as a direct consultant to assist with a variety of hospital operations based projects and process improvement initiatives. Eventually, Brandon was brought on as a full time employee for Children’s Hospital, relocating from Norfolk, Virginia with his wife and two kids. Over the past year he has helped with a variety of projects, focusing primarily on support of the Master campus transformation project, as well as multiple outpatient clinic builds.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jacob Corbell serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Cardiovascular Institute of the South (CIS). He brings more than 10 years of health care experience to CIS. He oversees the CIS Virtual Care Center and Telecardiology programs at CIS, as well as the development of new practices. Corbell earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette. In 2012, Corbell joined CIS as an administrative resident as part of the MBA Health Care Administration Program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Corbell joined CIS full-time in 2015 as an executive project manager and began building the Telecardiology program and other strategic corporate initiatives for the institute. In 2016, he earned the CIS Shining Star Award and in 2017, the Leadership Award, presented to a team leader demonstrating the spirit of teamwork, creativity, innovation, and willingness to meet the challenges of the future. Corbell is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
PRINCIPAL, HEALTHCARE CONSULTING PRACTICE/APG
Dina is a registered nurse and Principal/Consultant with 30 years of experience as a healthcare operational specialist with a focus on emergency preparedness from a health system, group purchasing, consulting and clinical perspective. She is experienced in identifying, developing, implementing and leading teams, programs and processes. She has worked as a leader in clinical settings, at a health system corporate level, within managed care, medical supply distribution, sales and consulting. Her focus has been on streamlining functions, reducing cost (operational and capital) and ensuring that optimal clinical processes, as well as the support services, are incorporated into facility designs and operational systems. In addition, Dina has supported health systems with Emergency Response, Mitigation and Resiliency. She has saved many health systems across the country millions of operational and capital dollars and has provided process improvement services in both clinical and non-clinical areas. Some of the key areas of expertise include Post-Occupancy Evaluations, Planning Design and Support, Operational Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Analysis, and more.
VP MANUFACTURED INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
Rebecca Cooley brings over 13 years of industry experience to her role as the Vice President of Manufactured Construction Division for AOS. In this role, Rebecca is disrupting the construction industry, using 21st century technology to bridge the gap between design and construction. She is a passionate advocate of clean, sustainable and rapid construction and collaborates with architects, interior designers, contractors and facility managers. Rebecca joined the DIRTT network in 2010 as a DIRTT Champion for the North Florida area. Prior to DIRTT, Rebecca earned a Bachelor Degree of Interior Design from Louisiana State University and immediately moved to London to work for a retail giant in their Store Development Department. She has been a licensed Interior Designer in Texas, Florida and Louisiana and worked for multiple architecture and design firms with projects ranging from public institutional facilities up to 430,000 square feet to luxury multi-family housing to corporate facilities. She transitioned from Designer to a Business Development role for DIRTT over seven years ago and leads AOS’ Interior Construction Team in Louisiana and Mississippi.
