Guidry and Horaist Orthodontics, a leading provider of orthodontic care in the Acadiana region, opened their new 5,400-square-foot facility in Lafayette in the fall of 2023. Designed by Ritter Maher Architects and J Design Interiors, the new facility is strategically located in the heart of Lafayette, ensuring the practice’s commitment to serving the community and providing convenient access for patients from across the region. The modern facility boasts the latest advancements in orthodontic digital technology, offering patients exceptional quality care with a welcoming and personalized experience.
AOS worked closely with J Design Interiors to provide furnishings that seamlessly integrate functionality and aesthetics into the bright, colorful—and surprisingly fun—atmosphere. Upon entering, patients are greeted with a large waiting area and coffee bar. The ortho bay also includes two guest lounge areas, which offer additional seating for visitors. Similarly, a dedicated kids play area and candy bar ensures that younger visitors feel comfortable and entertained during appointments. In addition, consult exam rooms, a finance office, shared doctors’ office, and an employee break room offer additional dedicated space for their team. With enhanced amenities and a welcoming environment, patients can feel at home in Guidry and Horaist Orthodontics’s new Lafayette location while receiving top-notch care from experienced professionals.
