The New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) and Tulane University’s special partnership aims to education the next generation of culinary and hospitality leaders through engaged learning opportunities and by connecting students with faculty and industry innovators. Located in the former ArtWorks building, which was restored by EskewDumezRipple, the revitalization adds another cultural cornerstone to downtown New Orleans and jumpstarts the career path of many future chefs and hospitality industry leaders, who are hungry for success.
The building features multiple labs, a large event center including a banquet kitchen, a cafe and bar open to the public, classrooms, lounge and office spaces. NOCHI aims to gather foodies from all over through its new culinary school and facility while fostering home-grown talent and providing enrichment programs for food and beverage enthusiasts from around the world and, of course, in our local community.
