Tulane’s University Thirteen15 provides a fresh perspective on university living. Featuring high-end, move-in ready apartments, this unique housing complex offers residents community, connection and convenience in the heart of downtown New Orleans. Located at 1315 Gravier Street, the building was formerly the site of the historic Warwick Hotel before it was abandoned. In 2020, the building was restored and converted into a 154-unit apartment building that brings together a distinctive cohort of Tulane students, professors and affiliates. Thirteen15 is strategically located next to Tulane’s downtown campus and is steps away from the Superdome, French Quarter and other exciting restaurants and venues.
As a design-assist partner, AOS worked with FERRAND Design to source curated FF&E solutions for the residence rooms, first floor lounge and outdoor patio. Inspired by the original 1950s building, FERRAND Design created a comfortable yet chic mid-century modern aesthetic. With studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments available to rent, the interiors team designed a warm, approachable living environment for the Tulane community that priorities functionality and ease. Upscale features and amenities include a fully furnished apartment with appliances, including a kitchen, living area, workspace, bedroom and bathroom. Common areas, such as a first-floor lounge and an outdoor patio, provide residents with space to relax, work or gather and gives them additional opportunities for networking and meeting people in other areas of study.
