Our Showrooms are highly flexible spaces that can accommodate up to 250 guests and are used for training, lectures, presentations, receptions, parties and even Tuesday night yoga classes.
Whether you need to select samples, review design documents or walk through your future space in virtual reality, our Showrooms have ample collaboration areas for your projects.

Our Showrooms are equipped with comprehensive physical resource libraries managed by our Showroom Manager with all of the binders, samples and finishes a project could need.
It helps to “try it before you buy it” to ensure the comfort and style of a selection meets your expectations. Our Showrooms are laid out to accommodate samples of all shapes and sizes.
Our full-time, in-house renderer allows us to turn around photo-realistic renderings, 3-D “fly-throughs,” time-lapse videos and additional visual tools in as little as 24 hours.
A Virtual Reality station powered by ICE Software and an Oculus Rift headset provides a true three-dimensional environment that gives an incredible sense of scale, depth and spatial awareness that simply cannot be matched by traditional renderings, animations or physical-scale models.
Our Showroom contains a comprehensive physical resource library with all of the binders, samples and finishes your Design Team will need.
My Resource Library (MRL)’s virtual library offers our team and clients access to all of the resources found in our physical binder library with the addition of remote access and a folder sharing platform.
Our Design Team will assist you in sourcing and selecting quality fabrics and finishes tailored to your exact designs.

Our CSD/Operations team is comprised of 43 full-time warehousing, service and installation professionals. Each of these team members participates in monthly training sessions on installation procedures, proper site behavior, best tool practices and safety.
Our AOS operated 38,000 sq. ft. Distribution + Service Center is located on high ground in Jefferson Parish. This facility and all of its contents are fully insured for any negative contingency. We all know that construction projects rarely follow perfect schedules, and the only way to fully support your project is through a facility like this one.
We will store product for up to 60 days completely free of charge. After 60 days, we provide storage for a fair market rate based on the square footage of space being used.
We own a fleet of 10 delivery trucks, fully insured and serviced regularly, that allows us to respond quickly to any of our client’s logistics needs. All drivers are employed by AOS and each truck is equipped with GPS tracking so we know your product is in safe hands from our facility to yours.
We remain your partner long after the project is complete through our warranty management services, which ensure that our staff will manage any warranty claims you may require on your behalf.
